11-Jun-10 TEE TIMES; BOOKING AND CANCELLING
  Members are reminded that if a tee time has been booked in their name on the booking sheet in the Pro Shop and they are unable to keep the tee time IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL THE BOOKING by making every effort to contact the Pro Shop by phone. A number of complaints have been received, quite rightly, that members are unable to get a tee time in busy periods due to the sheet being fully booked. This is neither right nor fair to a fee paying member. The Professional and his staff have been requested by the Greens Committee to keep a record of all members who fail to cancel their allotted tee time over the next three months and identify them to the Manager and Greens Committee so the issues can be addressed.
